It’s a busy month. Starting things off is Dave Matthews, who takes the stage at Rogers Arena on the 2nd. Frazey Ford has hometown advantage at the Commodore Ballroom on the 4th. Other shows at the beginning of the month include; Sloppy Jane (Biltmore, 5th), King Buffalo (Rickshaw Theatre, 5th), Chelsea Cutler (Commodore, 6th), Steve Lacy (Vogue, 6th), Post Malone (Rogers, 6th). Ending the week is Lizzo at Rogers, on the 7th.
Euphoria’s Dominic Fike is at the Commodore on the 8th. The same day sees Lucy Dacus at the Vogue, with Three Days Grace over at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. The 10th is even busier, with SG Lewis at the Commodore, Fletcher at the Vogue, Dark Garfield at the QET, The Fox Cabaret hosts Greetings Committee, the Biltmore sees Ariel Posen, and Wise Hall brings the Raygun Cowboys to the stage. The next night The Smashing Pumpkins and Jane’s Addiction are at Rogers, followed by Bryan Adams on the 12th.
The Commodore sees The Coronas on the 16th, Tim Baker on the 18th, Tegan and Sara on the 20th, and Built to Spill on the 21st. From the 15-20 Jesus Christ Superstar is at the QET. Canibal Corpse plays back to back nights on the 17-18, at the Rickshaw. While Let’s Eat Grandma is at the Biltmore on the 19th.
The month rounds out with Blue Rodeo taking the stage at the QET on the 22-23rd. Jess Moskaluke at the Vogue, also on the 22nd. Counterparts at the Biltmore, on the 24th. Iranian songstress Googoosh is at the QET on the 26th. Finally, Modest Mouse is at the Commodore on the 27th.
