This Turn it Up Tuesday, we’re heading to Winnipeg, and turning up The Bros. Landreth and their album ‘87.
The last couple of Tuesday’s there’s been a personal bent to my suggestions. This week is just a plain ol’ I listened to this album and liked it. I’d first heard of the Bros. Landreth thanks to their former guitarist, Ariel Posen, and his time as a presenter on the Anderton’s YouTube channel. ’87 was the first album I listened to and it’s been on a regular rotation ever since.
The band is led by front man and lead guitarist Joey Landreth and his brother, David, who plays bass as well as lending his vocals to the group.
As a little bonus for being a bit late today…Joey Landreth’s solo EP, All That You Dream.
